• Blueberries

Blueberries are another great option for stress relief. These tasty little berries are full of nutrients, antioxidants and Vitamin C.

The best thing about blueberries is the fact that they can be used in so many ways and incorporated into so many different style dishes that there is surely a recipe that will fit anyone’s taste.

• Tuna

Tuna is a great stress fighting food. However, many people completely contradict what they are trying to achieve by loading their tuna down with fatty mayonnaise. Stick to the tuna and go light on the mayonnaise, you’ll be thanking yourself later!

As you can see, there is a wide variety of different types of superfood. The list above was just the tip of the iceberg.

Believe it or not, the longer you eat healthier types of food, the better it will taste to you. Before long, the greasy unhealthy types of food you used to enjoy will not even be appetizing to you anymore, making the process of eating healthier much easier.

There is no reason to continue through life stressing ourselves out more than we already are. We can provide ourselves with a less stressed and more enjoyable life. The key to unlock this life lies in the type of food we eat.
