A great and simple way to do this is to have a laugh. On top of that, a good laugh makes meetings and other business related events much more comfortable and beneficial.

Believe it or not, doing random acts of kindness is a great way of improving your social skills. The reason for this is likely the fact than random acts of kindness are a great confidence and self-worth booster. Earlier I mentioned that one of the most important things in positive communication is confidence. After all, the better we feel about ourselves the better we will treat others.
- Keep Nurturing Your Relationships
Once a business relationship is formed it’s not necessarily going to be there forever, especially if you don’t do your part to keep the other party interested. Every now and then it’s a good idea to show your appreciation or their business. It doesn’t have to be anything big, just something that says thanks.
