Believe it or not, for many people, it seems easier to accept defeat than to face their doubts and prove to themselves that they are capable of doing whatever they set their mind too. This is very unfortunate. After all, everyone has potential and we are all capable of achieving great things. However, in order for this to happen, we must first find a way to rid ourselves of doubt.

Therefore, even if you aren’t successful at this attempt or you don’t see the results you are looking for, you can try again. As long as you never give up, there will always be plenty of opportunities to make it work right the next time.
2. Determine The Pros And Cons Of Your Options
Another simple trick that works great for transforming doubtful mindsets is listing out the pros and cons of all of your possible options. This will provide you with a lot of valuable insight that can easily be read at anytime and anywhere. This simple trick works great for a lot of people. The effectiveness of this simple trick likely has something to do with the fact that your list will provide you with clarity and will also provide you with a visual reference of what could go right and what could possibly go wrong.
3. Try To Make Your Decisions While Calm
Making decisions while upset hardly ever leads to positive results. On top of that, when our emotions are flared up, it can be easy to see things from a bias angle which can lead us into doubt.
An easy way to avoid this issue is to always make important decisions when you are in a calm state of mind. Unless it’s a life or death situation, it can wait until you are calm and collected. Sometimes, putting something on the back burner until we are calm is the best possible option.
4. Request Assistance
We can’t do everything on our own. Every now and then, especially when dealing with a doubtful mindset, it’s helpful to speak with others and request assistance with the concerns you have.
There are plenty of people in this world who would likely have positive things to say about you as well as many reasons why your doubt is unjustified. Sometimes, hearing it come out of someone else’s mouth can make all of the difference.

Even with the most positive of mindsets, there is still the occasional doubtful thought that floats through people’s minds. For this reason, determination is something that is a must.
