People often spend many of their years in life searching for the perfect formula for success. Unfortunately, there is no perfect formula for success. Instead, success is the result of actions, effort and a solid plan.

Aside from keeping the rewards of your efforts in mind, it is also important that you remind yourself of the disappointment you will feel if you give up. Disappointment is one of the last things that a person wants to experience. The only way to avoid it is to remain strong and continue pushing forward, no matter how difficult the journey may become.
Another great way to keep yourself motivated is to keep the fact in mind that not completing your goals will eventually lead to a bunch of “what ifs” in your life. The constant thoughts of “what if I did this” or “what if I did that” can cause negative impacts on a person’s life. The last thing anyone wants is to be at the end of their life and feel unfulfilled. We only get one life so it is important that we make the most of it. There are no second chances or restarts. Fulfill your life by staying true to your goals and desires.
